So I got up this morning and had a half a cup of coffee and went straight into my workout. Hey! Guess what!?!?!? They call this damn program Insanity for a reason!! I have got to be out of my flipping mind to go back and do this every single day!
I guess all I have to do is remember that I get Sundays off. YAY FOR SUNDAYS!!!
So I did my workout, ate 1 hard boiled egg for 70 calories and my cup of coffee for 27 calories. 97 calories for breakfast isn't bad at all! Now to get on with my day. Not sure what I am doing today but I thought that if it doesn't rain I may go out and mow the lawn(yes I do realize that it is January).
Did I mention that I am insane and in pain?

Oh I forgot to mention I am on an 800 to 1000 calorie a day intake.
