It has been 1 week and tomorrow morning is weigh in day. I am not sure what the results are going to be but what ever they are I will be satisfied with them and move on to week 2.
It has been hard the last few days to do Insanity with these flu symptoms, so I have done what I could and cut down a few more calories. I am drinking about 5 24 oz glasses of water a day and one cup of coffee in the mornings.
Even with peanut butter toast for breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs and an apple for lunch and 1 cup of clam chowder with a biscuit for dinner, I still have 300 calories that I should have eaten today. I can't believe I am having trouble eating all my calories. How in the hell did that happen?
Anyone else have any issues getting in all your calories?
