Starting Changes

So the first thing I did,  I gave up all sugary drinks.  No more soda, juice, kool-aid.  From now on it is all water, water and more water!  Not only am I drinking water I am drinking TONS of water.  4 of my 24 ounce glasses a day at least.

I have also started using the Sparkpeople web page to keep track of every single calorie that goes into my mouth and also to keep track of all of my workouts.
