Good Morning!!!!
This morning was my weigh-in.
I slept in till 8:30. So much for that schedule :)
Anywho... let's get right down to it.
I started at 306 and this morning my scale told me that I weigh......
...insert drum roll here...
I am down to 294!
THAT IS 12 POUNDS PEOPLE!!!!!
I am just a tad bit excited about that... sorry for yelling! It is just that 12 pounds in a week is absolutely amazing in my book!
OK that is all ... return to your previously scheduled activities!

1 Week!
It has been 1 week and tomorrow morning is weigh in day. I am not sure what the results are going to be but what ever they are I will be satisfied with them and move on to week 2.
It has been hard the last few days to do Insanity with these flu symptoms, so I have done what I could and cut down a few more calories. I am drinking about 5 24 oz glasses of water a day and one cup of coffee in the mornings.
Even with peanut butter toast for breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs and an apple for lunch and 1 cup of clam chowder with a biscuit for dinner, I still have 300 calories that I should have eaten today. I can't believe I am having trouble eating all my calories. How in the hell did that happen?
Anyone else have any issues getting in all your calories?

Ugh who cares what day it is!?!?!
So I got up this morning and had a half a cup of coffee and went straight into my workout. Hey! Guess what!?!?!? They call this damn program Insanity for a reason!! I have got to be out of my flipping mind to go back and do this every single day!
I guess all I have to do is remember that I get Sundays off. YAY FOR SUNDAYS!!!
So I did my workout, ate 1 hard boiled egg for 70 calories and my cup of coffee for 27 calories. 97 calories for breakfast isn't bad at all! Now to get on with my day. Not sure what I am doing today but I thought that if it doesn't rain I may go out and mow the lawn(yes I do realize that it is January).
Did I mention that I am insane and in pain?

Starting Changes
So the first thing I did, I gave up all sugary drinks. No more soda, juice, kool-aid. From now on it is all water, water and more water! Not only am I drinking water I am drinking TONS of water. 4 of my 24 ounce glasses a day at least.
I have also started using the Sparkpeople web page to keep track of every single calorie that goes into my mouth and also to keep track of all of my workouts.

Insanity
So as of today I am on day 4 of the Insanity Workout. I hurt so badly from my head all the way to my toes. I think I may be insane to be trying this but I really need to do something drastic.
At the start of this journey I weigh in at a massive 306 pounds. My long time goal is to get down to 190 pounds. That is a whopping 116 pounds!!!
I will be doing my weigh ins every Saturday morning and then will post my updates here.
I will be posting before pictures here of me in just my bra and panties so be warned. You don't have to look but I need them posted for me to have here staring me in the face!
If you have questions or comments please feel free to leave them here and I will answer them. Please remember though that I am a person and I do have feelings. If you can't be nice please don't say anything.
